For visitors to this site

When you complete the demo form, we collect your name, your email address, your agency name and, if you provide them, your phone number and details about your business. This information is used solely to prepare and arrange the conversation you asked for.

For client agency data

For data entered into the platform (couples, vendors, documents, invoices), the client agency is the data controller and Wedivio acts as processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. A data processing agreement governs that relationship and is appended to the subscription contract.

  • Each agency has a separate database.
  • Wedivio staff access an agency’s data only at that agency’s explicit request, for technical work.
  • Data is backed up daily and can be restored.
  • An agency can export all of its data at any time from its own workspace.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to email address to be filled in. If you are a married or engaged person using an agency’s client space, address your request directly to that agency, which is responsible for it.
