Frequently asked questions
Does Wedivio replace my CRM and my invoicing tool?
Your CRM, yes: sales pipeline, contacts, lead sources and opportunity tracking are part of the platform. Your invoicing tool, no — and that is deliberate. Wedivio keeps the register of your quotes and invoices (amounts, due dates, payments, reminders) but does not issue them. French e-invoicing reform requires invoices to pass through a state-approved platform, so your invoicing software stays yours, and Wedivio links through to each document.
How does Wedivio handle electronic invoicing?
Wedivio issues no invoices, so there is nothing to bring into compliance on that side. You keep issuing from your usual software, which must be connected to an approved platform: receiving became mandatory for all French businesses on 1 September 2026, and issuing follows on 1 September 2027 for small and medium businesses. Wedivio records your invoices, tracks payments and triggers reminders, with a link back to the original document.
Can I bring across my current weddings?
Yes. Data migration is part of onboarding: weddings, clients, vendors and documents are imported before your workspace opens.
Do my clients see the Wedivio name?
No. The client portal carries your logo, your colours and your domain name. Wedivio is your infrastructure, not your shop window.
How is data isolated between agencies?
Each agency has its own database. Isolation does not rest on an application filter but on physical separation of the data.
How long before we are up and running?
Allow one to two weeks between our first conversation and your workspace opening, including data migration and training.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled. Your data stays exportable at any time.
What happens if my team grows?
You change plan with no migration and no interruption. Extra users are added from your own workspace.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform works from a phone, including on the wedding day: timeline, tasks, vendor contacts and notifications.
