Our thinking

Software that knows its

What we believe about the wedding planning profession, and what that demands of the software built around it.

A wedding is not managed. It is composed.

It is the first thing wedding planners say when asked to describe their work, and the last thing the software sold to them understands. They are offered pipelines, lead scores and dashboards designed for sales teams selling subscriptions. They, meanwhile, hold a family’s hand for eighteen months.

Wedivio came out of that gap. We did not set out to build a prettier CRM: we took the real sequence of a wedding — the first meeting, the quote, the schedule, the suppliers, the budget that shifts, the guests who reply late, the wedding-day timeline planned to the nearest five minutes — and built the tool around that sequence rather than the other way round.

The right wedding software is the one you forget.

A platform that demands attention takes it from the people who need it. So we measure our additions in reverse: a good feature is one that removes a round trip, a chasing email, one more file. When a couple checks their own space instead of writing, that is twenty minutes handed back to their planner’s day.

It is also why Wedivio exists free of charge for couples. A couple organising their own wedding is not a lead to convert: they are someone discovering the profession from the inside, and no one will understand better, afterwards, what a professional brings. We would rather hand them the tool.

Your data is yours, and that can be checked.

Every agency gets its own database, hosted in Europe. Export is permanent and complete, with no support ticket and no waiting period. A tool you cannot leave is not a tool: it is a dependency. We would rather be kept because we are chosen each month.
